Forza Commercial Real Estate recently acquired Village Apartments of Summitville, a 24-unit multi-family property located at 1106 W Mill St, Summitville, Indiana 46070. This acquisition seeks to further Forza’s mission to ‘improve lives through quality and affordable living’ while simultaneously supporting Madison County’s Forward Madison County 2035 Comprehensive Plan to increase housing production and sustain economic growth.
“The Forza team worked diligently for almost 12 months on this acquisition, and we are thrilled to bring this project to the finish line," said Jordan Bass, Forza president. "Improvements are already underway and will be completed in a few short weeks.”
Forza will renovate the property’s exterior to include the replacement of all roofs with additional renovations to the interior such as new flooring, appliances, and finishes. Residents who qualify for low-income housing will be provided with educational tools and resources to preserve their existing financial assistance.

Renovations at Village Apartments of Summitville began in June and are anticipated to conclude in mid-August. This will be the company’s third property acquisition of the year. In April of this year, the company acquired an 80-unit property in Tipton, Indiana and a little more than a month later, the company acquired a 48-unit property in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
