Forza Acquires 48 Unit Property In Crawfordsville, Indiana



Forza Commercial Real Estate has acquired a 48-unit multifamily property in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The “Waterford” is located at 2001 Zelmar Dr. Crawfordsville, IN 47933. Montgomery County’s Comprehensive Plan for economic development improvements in combination with Crawfordsville’s low cost of living (averaging nearly 25% lower than the national average) made Waterford an ideal development location for the Forza team.

As Montgomery County completes its Comprehensive Plan, which aims “to position itself as a thriving resilient community with a focus on economic prosperity, residential growth and quality of life,” the Waterford apartment community will undergo interior and exterior aesthetic, functional, and safety renovations, to include new sidewalks, repaved parking lots, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and modern appliance upgrades. Renovations are anticipated to be completed by the end of July 2024.
