In early 2023, Forza was tasked with assisting its sister company, Rehab Medical, with expanding its headquarters due to the company’s rapid growth. And in October, Forza solidified a contract with Lakefront at Keystone for a 52,000+ square foot building. This acquisition was a unique opportunity as it originally was not up for sale. Due to the Forza team’s creativity, they were able to negotiate a sale opportunity that would not only benefit the landlords but the current tenants who were looking to get out of their lease.
“We were very excited to have been able to acquire this building for Rehab Medical the way we did,” said Forza Business Development Representative Sam Harmon. “The previous owner’s willingness to be receptive and cooperative with our requests made this a very fun and unique project.”
Since the current tenants were wanting to vacate quickly, Forza was also able to negotiate the building’s current furnishings with the sale allowing the Rehab Medical team to have a turnkey move-in experience.
The building is equipped with multiple cafeterias and a lakefront view, breakroom with foosball tables, shuffleboard tables, and multiple arcade games. Each desk comes with a mounting station for monitors, easy access to outlets and USB ports, the ability to raise or lower the desk, storage cubes, and individual lockers to store valuables.
As far as the Lakefront at Keystone campus, all tenants have access to an onsite cafeteria, fitness center with in-person or virtual classes, midday yoga sessions, and on-site fitness trainers, a sports court equipped with pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a walking path.
